[cisco-voip] CSR Rejection?

Anyone run into (very recently) a CSR decoder kicking back a CSR due to a 2 letter state abbreviation? I ran a run of the mill tomcat multisan through ssl shopper and Entrust csr decoders that said it was fine.

Norton kicked it back with the error:

You have 1 error
Invalid State/province.
The state or province in your CSR cannot be abbreviated. Enter a valid state name and try again.


I prefaced this as very recently because I've never seen this before until this week.

Yea, I've always spelled out state names because of this. Had a customer
have to regen certs due to this.
