Hello Experts,

I have received a ISO file "Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.2.23900-10.sgn.iso" from Cisco presales support to install it on UCS C210M2. 

I have successfully installed CUCM 8.6. Cisco has asked me to use the same iso file to install CUC8.x. When I mount the ISO file to install I could not see CUC software, I could only see only CUCM software.

Could you please someone tell me if I am missing something or help me to resolve this?

Did you use the right OVA for Unity Connection? It won't be available to install unless it detects the proper hard disk and memory allocations.
